1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peaceful Paws at https://peacefulpaws.care (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
Peaceful Paws is a directory and lead generation service that helps pet owners find and compare mobile veterinarians who provide in-home pet euthanasia. We provide listings, contact information, and inquiry forms to connect pet owners with providers.
We are not a veterinarian or veterinary clinic. We do not provide, endorse, or guarantee any veterinary services. All services are provided directly by the licensed veterinarians listed on the Site.
3. Lead Generation Disclosure
Peaceful Paws operates as a lead generation service. When you submit an inquiry through our Site:
- Your information may be shared with one or more in-home pet euthanasia providers in your area.
- We may receive compensation from providers for referrals and leads.
- Providers listed on our Site may pay for enhanced placement (premium listings).
- The order or prominence of listings may be influenced by commercial relationships.
4. Veterinary Licensing Notice
All providers listed on the Site are expected to be licensed veterinarians in the state where services are provided. Veterinary licensing is regulated state-by-state, and pet owners should confirm any provider's license status with their state veterinary board before scheduling. Peaceful Paws does not verify licensure and is not responsible for any provider's credentials, pricing, or service quality.
